Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated Youth Auxiliaries are structured mentoring programs designed to develop strong, confident, and community-conscious young women. These auxiliaries: Pearlettes (ages 4–8), Amicettes (ages 9–13), and Archonettes (ages 14–18) were established to extend the Sorority's legacy of scholarship, service, sisterhood, and finer womanhood to younger generations.

Each level of the auxiliary provides age-appropriate programming that focuses on leadership development, academic excellence, cultural enrichment, social etiquette, and community service. Through workshops, service projects, educational events, and positive mentoring from Zeta women, these young girls are encouraged to grow into well-rounded individuals who strive for excellence in all aspects of life.

The Youth Auxiliaries are not just programs, they are pathways to empowerment. They offer a safe and nurturing environment where girls can build self-confidence, develop life skills, and gain lifelong friendships, all while being guided by the values and principles of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated.
