On March 29, 2025, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated – Epsilon Omicron Zeta Chapter hosted its inaugural Royal Blue and Pearls Scholarship Gala in celebration of academic excellence, community leadership, and the chapter’s legacy of service. The gala marked a significant milestone, reflecting Zeta Phi Beta’s 105-year commitment to Scholarship, Service, Sisterhood, and Finer Womanhood, while also honoring Epsilon Omicron Zeta’s 60+ years of service since its chartering in 1964.

The evening featured a formal awards presentation recognizing individuals who have made a lasting impact across Northeastern Louisiana. In addition to honoring local leaders, the chapter paid tribute to its founding charter members, who laid the foundation for a legacy of excellence and community-focused service.

The gala served as a fundraising initiative, with all proceeds supporting the chapter’s scholarship fund and community service projects aimed at empowering youth and uplifting underserved communities. The event combined elegance, entertainment, and purpose, bringing together community members, supporters, and stakeholders in a shared commitment to education and progress.

The Sorority’s next Royal Blue and Pearls Scholarship Gala is scheduled for Saturday, April 18, 2025, at the Monroe Civic Center in Monroe, Louisiana.
